How much hair should be used for installation?

To determine how much hair you need for an installation, you need to know the density of your client’s hair.
For a blunt cut or very thick hair you will need approximately 3-4 packs of hair. This is going off the weight of the hair being 100 grams.
For thin, fine, or layered hair you will need approximately 2-3 packs of hair. This is going off the weight of the hair being 100 grams.

What's the MOQ of these hair extensions?

No MOQ for stock colors. For custom blended colors, piano colors and medium colors, MOQ is 200g. For stock T-colors, MOQ is 500g, and for custom T-colors, MOQ is 1kg.

How long do I have to wait for delivery?

About 6-10 days for stock colors. New Times Hair supports various customized lengths, curls, colors, weight and packaging. The delivery time for custom orders is about 2-3 weeks according to the size of your order.

Can I return my product?

We accept return within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please make sure that the hair hasn’t been used or damaged. If the items you received is defective, please contact us first before you return it. Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
