Newtimeshair.com reserves the right to update or modify this site and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Before proceeding, please read this agreement because accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions in this agreement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, international copyright laws, and international conventions. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. USER REPRESENTATIONS

PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept the following forms of payment:

PayPal: we usually receive your PayPal payment immediately. PayPal allows you to complete the payment with credit card, with a 5% service fee.

Wire Transfer: if you make the payment with wire transfer, it usually takes about 3-7 business days for us to receive it. Please contact us if you need our bank account information to wire the money.

Western Union: it usually takes less than 2 business days to receive the payment. Please contact us for our Western Union information before making the payment.

MoneyGram: it usually takes less than 2 business days to receive the payment. Please contact us for our MoneyGram information before making the payment.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. The prices on our website are tax exclusive. Any duty cost that may be incurred at the customs will be assumed by clients solely.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.

RETURN POLICY

New Times Hair starts processing any returned products within 24 working hours after we receive the return. The processing time varies on a case-by-case basis. We will only replace or refund after we have received the products. We take no responsibility for returns lost by postal services. The shipping cost of return would be assumed by New Times Hair if we caused the problems that lead to the return. Otherwise, the cost would be assumed by customers solely.

Stock hair systems:

You will receive a full refund minus shipping if all stock hair systems that are uncolored, uncut, and have not been used in any way within 30 days after purchase.

Custom hair systems:

All custom hair systems (except for special mesh material such as ultra-thin skin and Swiss lace) may be repaired or remade or refunded free of charge upon our mistake or production fault within 3 months from delivery to receipt of return.

If you cancel a custom order before you receive it, you will only receive a 50% refund in order to cover labor and material costs.

If you order a wrong custom-made hair system by mistake, the hair system cannot be returned for a refund. If you would like us to adjust it, extra cost will be charged accordingly including shipping.

Repair orders:

No refunds are offered for repair under any condition.

Products that need to be adjusted again must be returned within 30 days after receiving.

Notes: We CANNOT replace all the hair on the hair system. We replace loose hair with new hair. However, over time old hair will continue to loosen and shed.

While repair prolongs hair system lifespan, it is a short-term solution. The only long-term solution is to buy a new hair system.

Accessories:

Products must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.

Refund can only be given if the packaging is unopened.

RUSH DELIVERY TERMS

In general, terms rush production services allow customers to receive hairpieces quicker than they would normally under standard conditions. We give a general guideline of 6-8 weeks for “rush” service. In no way do we guarantee an exact date or timetable for this service. All hairpieces are custom made and as such no exact time can be guaranteed. This service means production will be faster than if customers were to choose standard delivery. NO REFUNDS will be made for“rush” fees resulting from delays. However, at the discretion of Newtimeshair.com, we may credit the“rush” fee if the production is unusually past the“rush” time schedule.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

  • Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
  • Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Site and/or the Content contained therein.

  • Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Site or the networks or services connected to the Site.
  • Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Site to you.
  • Attempt to bypass any measures of the Site designed to prevent or restrict access to the Site, or any portion of the Site.

  • Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.
  • Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
  • Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law concerning child pornography, or otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors;
  • Your Contributions do not include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap.

I want to learn how to swim. I know it might sound a bit sarcastic, as I just mentioned that I enjoy doing exercise. Unfortunately, swimming hasn’t been on my list. I think I better catch up on that.

I’d give HW1 a try. It looks natural and beautiful. Though we categorize it as a medical wig, almost any female can wear it. It’s got a lace mesh base, breathable, and flexible. You don’t need glue or tape to fix it to your head. Pretty easy, and it gives you all the long hair look a girl could want.

I don’t like being confined in a very small space. I believe it was due to a childhood experience. When I was six years old, I accidentally tripped and fell into a shallow well. I had to wait for two hours before I was found. Since then, I’ve found I just can’t tolerate the idea of being alone. I guess that makes me an active team player.

  • You are happiest when…

This may sound boastful, but it’s true. It’s just part of my nature to help others. When I actually see that what I did for them has helped them achieve something, it just makes me excited.

  • Which mens/womens hair system do you sell the most? Why that model?

I recomend HS25V. Oftentimes I’d introduce this model to my new clients to start with, so they can introduce this to their new clients see if hair systems are what really suit them, before they carry on with lace or mono hair systems.

Most of my clietns are after Q6. And their clients happened to be guys who are into hair systems that are durable and natural. Q6 is a pretty good pick for them. With proper care, it should easily last 6 months.

I’m always fascinated about an exotic lifestyle. I really wish I could travel a lot, go to many different countries, and try their local gourmet food, and get in touch with the locals to actually have a feel of their culture.

I’m always afaid of heights. With any tall buildings, be it a chimney or TV tower, I look at it, and imagine I’m looking down right from the top, it will give me sweaty palms.

Not at all. I generally love all pets. Dog, cats, guinea pigs, rabits, etc. I love them.

When you feel tired,it means you are walking uphill. I believe this quote as a truth that gives me a lift whenever I’m down. I believe there’s no gain without pain. Without trying, we can’t achieve anything.

With me personally, the best-selling hair system has been HS1. After completing college in Qingdao, young Ivan little knew that this vibrant coastal city would capture his heart and chart a new course in his life.

Ivan joined Newtimes Hair in mid-2022 soon after his graduation from his master’s. As a trilingual and someone with a professional understanding of Western cultures, Ivan plays a critical role in establishing customer relations in the US and Europe. His approachable nature and a mind of precision make him an invaluable asset to the team.

I eardrop, and I hear them talking about me. I’m optimistic, proactive, and very friendly, and eager to help.

  • What is something you would love to do in the future?

I love basketball. And I’m a basketball freak. You can call me that. That’s just me. I’m looking at organizing a basketball team in the near future. 

  • Do you have a phobia? If you do, what is it?

I don’t know why I share the same gene with Doraemon. I’m scared of rats. I’m a 6’3″, but I hate rats; seeing one really freaks me out.

  • Which men/womens hair system do you sell the most? Why that model?

New Australia. When it first came out in early 2023, it made me top of sales. I think most wearers like it because at the design statge, our experts considered all possible aspects people could want from a hairpiece, such as a natural look, a level of comfort, and affordablity; it’s similar to lace, but most wearers can afford.
