Julia Griffiths has lived and breathed hair since childhood. By 13, she was already on the floor of her first barbershop, soaking up the buzz, the chatter, and the unmistakable scent of hairspray and cologne.

She trained in ladies’ hairdressing through Levels 1, 2, and 3, but her curiosity didn’t stop there. Hungry to master men’s styles too, she dove into barbering. At just 27, Julia opened Crosscuts Barbers—and more than 23 years later, it’s still going strong.

Never one to stand still, Julia added teaching to her list of achievements, completing her Level 3 Teacher Training with top marks. Today, through Hair Revival Training, she delivers CPD-accredited courses in Men’s Hair Systems—giving stylists the skills to transform not just hair, but confidence.

Known for her energy, passion, and love of quality, Julia teaches exclusively with the finest Remy hair. Her mission is simple: to inspire, to share, and to help professionals push their craft further than they ever thought possible.
