How to order

1. New Times Hair provides toupees, wigs, and hair extensions, does both custom toupee orders and stock orders.  And we also have a large number of stocks for immediate shipment.  You can place orders via Email to or If without hair samples or templates involved. You also can mail the orders with hair samples and templates to us.

Please put our sales representative’s name (for example, Flora) on the waybill, and put your name and email address inside, so the package will be delivered to us directly.

Please describe the item as “plastic mold and paper documents”. Don’t describe any kind of “hair”, and declare a small amount (usually less than $20 USD) to avoid charges by the customs. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. Thank you.

**We recommend you use our FedEx pickup service which is both convenient and cheap. We would get in touch with them in advance to set everything up. You would only need to pay a $40 shipping fee and get ready for them to pick up the package at your door.

We will confirm with you immediately after receiving your orders and will contact you immediately when having any questions about your orders. Stock orders will be shipped out in 24 hours, custom orders will be arranged into production within 3 days after receiving.

2. The delivery time (from the date of receiving orders and the date of sending out the finished orders) for normal custom orders is 6~8 weeks. Rush custom orders in 5~6 weeks. And bulk custom stock orders in 7~10 weeks.

3. You can download our order form by clicking HERE. And you also can use your own order form or any other order form. We will understand your orders well. It’s not a problem at all.

4. You can check at any time about the status of your orders by email. We will reply to you within 12 hours. And you also can call us or WhatsApp us at +86 18661939293. Our working time is from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Please be noted that it is Chinese time. Thanks for kindly understanding the time difference, and sorry if it is an inconvenience caused to you.

Newtimes Hair is a professional manufacturer located in Qingdao China, specializing in hair products including toupees, wigs, and hair extensions. We provide hair products to both wholesalers and retailers, with no order limitation. 

2. What type of order do you accept? 

We do both custom orders and stock orders.  And we also have a lot of stock toupees and wigs for immediate shipment. 

3.  Do you require any order minimum quantity? 

No minimum order quantity is required.  We understand that customers need to place test orders or sample orders first.  One test order or sample order is acceptable.  We have confidence in the quality of our products.  We are looking forward to your trial orders and would like to give you a special offer for your first trial order.

4. How to place an order?

Email us to inform the order detailed requests, we will reply to you and quote you our best price (factory direct price) to you then if you confirm the price and then can email us the template(s) and hair sample(s) with the order form together.  You also can email the details about the order specifications if no need to send template(s) and hair sample(s).  We will send you an invoice and you can make payment.  After payment, we will arrange your order for production and will inform you when the order is finished and shipped.

6.  What kind of payment method can you accept? 

We can accept payment via bank wire transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, or Paypal. 

7.  How long is the production time? 

Stock toupees and wigs are available for immediate shipment.  Normal custom orders need 4-12weeks.  Rush orders need 4-6 weeks.  Extra-long hair or full cap wig order might need 1-2 more weeks.

8. What kind of shipping method do you use to ship the finished order?

We use international express like FedEx, DHL, and UPS to deliver to your door.  We will inform you of the tracking number after shipment.  Normally, the package would be delivered to you in 3-5 working days.

9. What warranty can we get?

In 3 months after shipment, for any manufacturing mistake or defect or any other quality problem, we will remake or repair free of charge, or refund money back to you after receiving the returned unit, as per your requests. 

10. How to find what I want on your website? 

You can check our catalogs on our site to find our products.  But they are just some products shown.  We can do much more than that.  You can just email us ( when you could not find what you want.  Our professional sales representative will reply to you quickly.

11. Do you have stock pieces for immediate shipment?

Yes, we have a lot of stock pieces, both toupees, and wigs available for immediate shipment.  Click stock toupee to find out the details.

12. What should I do if I don’t like the hair after receiving it?

If it is a stock unit, you can return it.  Please kindly make sure don’t cut or do any process on the hair unit. We will refund the money back to you after receiving the returned unit.   If it is a custom order, if it is our manufacturer’s defect or mistake, you can return it to remake or repair or ask for money back.  If the order is made correctly, but the demand is ordered incorrectly, sorry, we could not remake free of charge or refund free of charge.  But we would like to adjust it to meet your requirement if possible, and only charge the working cost.

We have Indian Hair, Chinese Hair, Remy hair, Virgin hair, and European hair.

I enjoy exercising. That’s a very important part of my life. I’m a super active person.

No, not that I know of. I’m a very realistic person. If you mention outlandish stuff like aliens, monster in the bush, I’d be out of my mind.

● What is something you would love to do in the future?

I want to learn how to swim. I know it might sound a bit sarcastic, as I just mentioned that I enjoy doing exercise. Unfortunately, swimming hasn’t been on my list. I think I better catch up on that.

● What wig would you wear if you wore one and why?

I’d give HW1 a try. It looks natural and beautiful. Though we categorize it as a medical wig, almost any female can wear it. It’s got a lace mesh base, breathable, and flexible. You don’t need glue or tape to fix it to your head. Pretty easy, and it gives you all the long hair look a girl could want.

  • Do you have a phobia? If you do, what is it?

I don’t like being confined in a very small space. I believe it was due to a childhood experience. When I was six years old, I accidentally tripped and fell into a shallow well. I had to wait for two hours before I was found. Since then, I’ve found I just can’t tolerate the idea of being alone. I guess that makes me an active team player.

  • You are happiest when…

This may sound boastful, but it’s true. It’s just part of my nature to help others. When I actually see that what I did for them has helped them achieve something, it just makes me excited.

  • Which mens/womens hair system do you sell the most? Why that model?

I recomend HS25V. Oftentimes I’d introduce this model to my new clients to start with, so they can introduce this to their new clients see if hair systems are what really suit them, before they carry on with lace or mono hair systems.

They keep calling me “pretty Winni pretty brainy.” I’d take that as a compliment. I’d say I’m generally pretty fast in term of thinking and figuring out solutions. My teammates often turn to me for help, too. And It turned out that most of the time my ideas worked for them.

I’m a typical town girl, you know. I’m into cats and dogs. But things like snakes, all sorts of insects, and hamsters; they are not my cup of tea. So, never get them near me.

Most of my clietns are after Q6. And their clients happened to be guys who are into hair systems that are durable and natural. Q6 is a pretty good pick for them. With proper care, it should easily last 6 months.

I’m always fascinated about an exotic lifestyle. I really wish I could travel a lot, go to many different countries, and try their local gourmet food, and get in touch with the locals to actually have a feel of their culture.

  • Do you have a phobia? If you do, what is it?

I’m always afaid of heights. With any tall buildings, be it a chimney or TV tower, I look at it, and imagine I’m looking down right from the top, it will give me sweaty palms.

  • Do you have any pet hates?

Not at all. I generally love all pets. Dog, cats, guinea pigs, rabits, etc. I love them.

  • Do you have a favourite quote?

When you feel tired,it means you are walking uphill. I believe this quote as a truth that gives me a lift whenever I’m down. I believe there’s no gain without pain. Without trying, we can’t achieve anything.

  • Which men’s/women’s hair system do you sell the most? Why that model?

With me personally, the best-selling hair system has been HS1. It has what it’s required out of a good quality hair system, in terms of a natural-looking hairline, undetectable scalp, etc. Most wearers and salon owners are familiar with it. Plus, all our clients have faith in the quality of this hair system. According to their feedback, this is an easy-to-attach, easy-to-maintain hair system for both men and women.

I don’t know why I share the same gene with Doraemon. I’m scared of rats. I’m a 6’3″, but I hate rats; seeing one really freaks me out.
