RETURN POLICY

New Times Hair never stops providing the best products and services for our customers.

All custom hair systems may be repaired or remade or refunded for any problems attributable to our side as long as we receive your return within 3 months of the shipment date.

If you ordered the wrong custom-made hair system by mistake, the hair system cannot be returned for a refund. If you would like us to adjust it, extra costs will be charged accordingly, including shipping.

Our Exchange Procedure

Step 1: Request a return/exchange via DM or Email and provide us with your order number, detailed reason for the return, and images of the damage if there is any.

Step 2: Our customer service or sales representatives will authorize your request and send you the address to ship your item(s) back.

Step 3: All returned items will be inspected when we receive them to check if they qualify for a return.

The shipping cost of the return is paid for by New Times Hair if we created the problem that led to the return. Otherwise, the cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.

2. Can I cancel my custom order?

A: You can cancel your order if it has not been arranged for production.

B: If we have started producing your order, you will only receive partial refund in order to cover the labor and material costs incurred. Please reach your sales representative to see how much refund you would get.

C: Your order cannot be canceled if the order has been completed or is to be completed very soon.

3. Do you refund repair orders?

We do not refund repair orders under any condition.

If you are not satisfied with the repair, we can help you adjust it as per your request, please return it within 30 days after receiving it.

4. Can I get a faster exchange?

How do I make a template for my client’s front hair loss area?

Having a template of your client’s front hair loss area can help you determine the right size of their frontal hair system. To make a template, you need scissors, plastic wrap, transparent tape, and a marker.

Step 1: Clean the client’s scalp so that you have a smooth surface. Tear a big piece of plastic wrap off, and place it on the client’s head. Make sure you’re pressing down firmly and evenly and that the plastic wrap is airtight, with no gaps or bumps.

Step 2: Use the marker to draw a curve along your client’s existing front hairline. This will be the length of the men's frontal hairpiece.

Step 3: Place four fingers above your client’s eyebrows to locate the front hairline of the frontal hairpiece and mark the area in the middle. Draw a curve crossing the mark with its length and curvature the same as those of the curve you drew earlier. Use the marker to connect both ends of both curves by drawing two straight lines. These will be the width of the custom-made.

Step 4: Attach the tape on the plastic wrap starting from the front, and then run the tape evenly across the scalp piece by piece. Each piece of tape needs to overlap and completely cover the bald areas. Apply three or four layers of tape across the front to the top and from left to right to ensure that the template is sturdy enough.

Step 5: Cut along the outline that has been drawn out, and get rid of the excess wrap. Finally, to make sure the template fits, place it back on your client’s head.

How do I install a men's frontal hairpiece for my clients?

Step 4: After putting the custom-made in place, style the hair and make sure it is naturally blended with your client’s own hair to appear natural.
